USAG WARRANTY POLICY

This document has been implemented by USAG to allow us to respond quickly and professionally to customer needs:

  • Returned products are primarily managed by the Distributors, applying these guidelines of USAG warranty policy.
  • Once returned to USAG headquarter in Monvalle, returns will be analyzed daily by a dedicated USAG team through technical analysis to determine the warranty status.

INSTRUMENTS WITHOUT APPARENT faults, worn BUT STILL FUNCTIONAL, RUSTY, BURNED, abused, MODIFIED, WELDED, USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES OTHER THAN NORMAL USE, DESTROYED FOR NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONALLY will be excluded from Usag warranty.

Frequent Asked Questions

The warranty may be required for more than 12 months from the sales’ date to the end user?
If the tool is sold with invoice, warranty can be claimed only within 12 months from the date indicated on the sales document. If it were sold to consumers, warranty period is extended to 24 months.

Under which conditions are NOT recognized for product warranty?

  • The warranty does not apply to products that have normal wear and tear, signs of tampering or misuse.
  • The warranty does not apply to consumer products, ie products that become worn or damaged as a result of normal use (eg. Gaskets, bearings, blades, batteries, rotor blades)

What is meant by "improper use" of an air tool?

  • The required level of air lubrication has not been guaranteed, causing premature deterioration of the internal components;
  • The prescribed parameters for air pressure intake have not been respected;
  • USAG technicians found that an application for which tool has not been designed was applied.
