BLACK+DECKER offers a 1-year warranty for these products from date of purchase, against functional faults cause by any material or labor fault during its manufacturing. This warranty includes product and/or components repairs or replacement, at no charge for the customer, including labor.
The warranty is invalid under the following conditions:
- If the product was used under conditions other than normal.
- If the product was not used according to the instructions insert.
- If the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Likewise, the warranty does not cover pieces or parts worn by use, including brushes, bearings, bushes, filters, or accessories. These parts will be replaced with cost to the customer. To make good on the warranty, the tool must not have been manipulated by personnel not authorized by BLACK+DECKER, and with a warranty policy bearing the seal of the store where the tool was purchased, and/or the invoice.
PRESSURE WASHERS
BLACK+DECKER offers a 1-year warranty for pressure washers from date of purchase, against functional faults cause by any material or labor fault during its manufacturing. The warranty includes repairing or replacing the product and/or its components, at no charge for the customer, including labor.
The warranty is invalid under the following conditions:
- If the product was used under conditions other than normal.
- If the product was not used according to the instructions insert.
- If the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- If the product has been used with hard water or water rich in salts or deposits.
Likewise, the warranty does not cover pieces or parts worn by use, including brushes, bearings, bushes, filters, or accessories. These parts will be replaced with cost to the customer. Accessories have a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, accessories being the gun, the hose, the gun extension, the adjustable spray nozzle, the detergen bottle, the hose connectors, and any other piece that is not part of the tool itself. To make good on the warranty, the tool must not have been manipulated by personnel not authorized by BLACK+DECKER, and with a warranty policy bearing the seal of the store where the tool was purchased, and/or the invoice.
GASOLINE FUELED TOOL
BLACK+DECKER ooffersers a 6-month warranty for all its gasoline fueled tools from date of purchase, against functional faults cause by any material or labor fault during its manufacturing. Aside from its 6-month warranty policy, BLACK+DECKER offers a service network for commissioning its gasoline fuel tools, and will assume the labor costs of the service.
Warranty not applicable to:
- 1. Products that have been opened, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- 2. Products for lease.
- 3. Products that have been used in tasks for which they were not designed.
- 4. Products improperly used in the rain, heat, excess humidity, or frozen conditions, or used with improper chemicals.
- 5. Products accidentally damaged or damaged through improper operation, or against the manual instructions.
- 6. Products that have not received maintenance, or that have been used with non-recommended accessories.
- 7. Products brought into the service center without protection guards.
